MINIMUM ORDER—Our minimum order is $50, prior to applicable shipping and handling charges. A $10.00 service charge may be added to any order that does not meet the aforesaid $50.00 minimum. To avoid the $10.00 service charge, please check your order, or you can authorize Sevier to add specified items as required to meet the $50.00 minimum.

ORDERING—Orders placed using our secure website at www.seviermfg.com are the most efficient option. We accept orders by email at seviermfg@earthlink.net, and by fax at (317) 892-2785. You may also order by phone at (317) 892-2784 during normal business hours. (Monday – Friday (9am to 5pm EST)

PAYMENT TERMS—CREDIT CARDS—We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please be sure to complete all required customer account information so that we can process your orders and payments promptly.

EXCISE TAX—All applicable prices include the Federal Excise Tax, which is paid by Sevier.

SHIPPING—Orders will be shipped via UPS unless some other mode/carrier is requested by the customer. UPS Ground (Black Label) shipping cost for orders totaling $175 or more (excluding shipping/handling charges) will be paid by Sevier. Shipping costs for orders less than $175 (excluding shipping/handling charges) will be charged to the customer. However, shipping costs associated with shipments to destinations outside of the Continental U.S. will be charged to the customer.

OVERSIZED SHIPPING—All shipping costs associated with oversize shipments, shipments requiring additional handling (tubes 60" or longer), and any requested shipping services other than UPS Ground will be charged to the customer. In addition, all shipping costs associated with shipments to destinations outside of the Continental U.S. will be charged to the customer.

RETURNS—All returned merchandize must be received by Sevier in the same condition as shipped by us, and no later than 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Sevier will either issue a refund for returned items or replace the item, whichever you choose. This return policy does not include shipping and handling fees.

PRODUCT & PRICE CHANGES—Sevier Manufacturing reserves the right to make product, price and shipping changes without prior notice.

STANDARD PACKAGING—Where applicable, the standard packaging for items in this catalog is specified with the item listing. A handling charge of $1.00 per item will be charged for satisfying customer requests for nonstandard packaging.
